** IMPORTANT NEWS **

We're on the Move! (But not for a little while.......)

Those of you that follow our social media will be aware of our exciting news, that after many years of searching we are finally on road to begin our move to a larger and purpose-fit local surgery! It will be located on Bennett Road in Highbridge (the industrial park between Aldi / Costa and the roundabout for Walrow Road), within the Works 22 Business Park. Planning permission has been approved, and we are now at the stage of finding a suitable team to convert the building.

The new premises is around twice the size of our current building, so we are excited to expand to 4 consulting rooms, 2 theatres, a seperate imaging suite and dental zone, as well as species-specific wards, and waiting areas, to improve the patients' welfare when in our care. We will also be applying for both Dogs Trust 'Dog Friendly Practice' scheme and the ISFM's 'Cat Friendly Clinic' as further commitment to our patients' levels of care.

We have heard a few interesting rumours about the move! So just to reassure you, Ann and Scott Parry will still be the sole owners, we are proudly remaining an independent practice, and we do not intend to triple our prices! It is still our ethos to provide quality affordable pet care, to enable our clients and patients to access both routine and life-saving treatment that might not otherwise be possible.

For those of you that are interested in joining us, our books are currently still closed but we are taking a waiting list. It is our intention that we will recruit further staff once we move (as we do our own out-of-hours care it is a little more difficult to attract quality staff) and then we will be in the position to open our registration to new clients - please keep in touch and follow our social media / this website for updates.

One last comment is that sadly we WON'T have a play field for dogs! We intend to secure a small area to exercise our inpatients, but this is all, contrary to what we have heard. Please do get in touch with us if you have any questions, comments or queries, and watch this space for further news on the project. Thank you!
