  ** CORONAVIRUS UPDATE - APRIL '21 **

Following the recent government guidance, we are pleased to be steadily returning to our normal service. This means we are now able to make bookings for overdue boosters, routine neutering and other non-essential treatments that we have had to delay so far this year. However, please be aware that we are prioritising the backlog of clients that are now overdue treatments, so there may still be a few weeks wait for routine appointments.

Our surgery continues to run in a COVID safe manner - this means that presently we still require you to wait outside after registering your arrival. We are happy to accept ONE person only per appointment, wearing a face covering. If you need to attend your appointment with children or are exempt from wearing a face covering, we would request that you do not enter the surgery at this time, for the safety of all our staff and clients. Our Vets are very happy to have a chat about your pet in the car park, before bringing them into the surgery for their examination / treatment.

We would like to remind clients that social distancing measures should be adhered to in the Reception area, which may mean waiting outside / off to one side to be served - apologies in advance for any inconvenience this causes. If you would prefer to stay outside for any of our services, we are happy to accommodate this where possible.

We will be reviewing our methods on a frequent basis following national guidance, and as advised by our governing body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and the British Veterinary Association.

Thanks in advance to our lovely clients who have been so patient and understanding at this difficult time! It has really helped when you have given a kind word, and we will continue to serve you as well as we possible can.

Take Care and Stay Safe,

Team Bridge
