Following the recent government annoucement, we are having to delay all routine appointments. Please bear with us as we contact everyone who has appointments booked for January. If you can wait to be contacted rather than calling the surgery, this will help to free up the phone lines. Please be aware the phones are currently very busy.
As a further measure in our endeavour to continue to provide veterinary services in a safe environment, we have taken the decision to split our workforce into 2 teams, to limit potential exposure between staff members.
This will mean that staff rota changes have had to be made and not all Vets and Nurses will be working every day. If you require an appointment with a specific Vet or Nurse, please be aware these may be limited. We are also closing at the earlier time of 6.30pm. These changes will come into effect from Monday 11th January.
We ask our lovely and valued clients to please be understanding and kind to our staff as we all adjust to this new rota!
We will initially continue to allow one person per appointment into the consulting room, but strictly enforcing face coverings and social distancing for the safety of our staff and clients.
If you would prefer to stay outside, we are happy to accommodate this.
We will be reviewing our methods on a frequent basis following national guidance, and as advised by our governing body, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and the British Veterinary Association.
