Marble the Cat
Marble came in to see us as he had a bit of a sore ear. Ann was quite worried that it was more than just a scratch due to him being a white cat. White animals are at more risk of solar dermatitis which can lead to squamous cell carcinoma (skin cancer). A mutual decision was made to remove the affected areas by performing a pinnectomy. 4 weeks on, Marbles surgical sites have healed very well and he is getting used to his new look.
